FIELD: transport engineering; automobiles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed automobile has running gear in form of frame, front axle, rear driving axle and springs. Automobile in furnished with mechanism to provide vertical displacement of rear axle split housing arranged over rear axle housing. Said mechanism is made in form of two power cylinders arranged opposite to each other, hinge connected by rod to each other, hinge connected by rod to eyes of housing and by casing, to frame crossmember. Two suspended supports arranged from sides of frame are made in form of casing with boss and shock absorber hinge connected by rod to casing with boss and by casing to bracket of frame beam. Each axle-shaft of rear axle consists of drive shaft with shaped cam, two intermediate shafts with shaped cam on one end, driven shaft with shaped cam on one end, and flange. Splined end of drive shaft is fitted into side sleeve. End of sleeve is fitted in half of housing. Axle-shaft gear is fitted on splined end of drive shaft. Said gear being engaged with differential pinions. Two intermediate shafts are placed by splined end in connecting bushing. Driven shaft is placed in housing of suspended support. Flange is fitted on splined section of driven shaft. Middle section of beam of front axle is made in form of U-shaped projection. Boss of suspended support housing carries two wide-spaced taper roller bearings for mounting hub with wheels held by nuts with lockwasher. Flange is attached to wheel hub. Distance from lowest point of rear axle and distance from lowest pointed of U-shaped projection of front axle to roadbed are equal to sum of height of obstacle and distance between U-shaped projection of front axle and highest point of obstacle.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities of road vehicles, increased cross-country capacity, improved stability, increased service life and smoothness of driving.
