FIELD: solid rocket fuels.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes nitrocellulose-base ice-forming solid fuel comprising glycerol trinitrate or its mixture with diethylene glycol dinitrate, silver iodide, copper iodate, iron oxide, centralite, vaseline or industrial oil, zinc stearate, technical carbon, dibutyl phthalate, polyacrylamide and nitrocellulose. For enhancing the mechanical indices the proposed fuel can comprise additionally trivalent metal salt (for example, iron, chrome, aluminum). Invention is directed for the creature of the ice-forming solid fuel with the combustion point 2100°K, not above, specific void impulse value 200 s, not less, at value Pk/Pa = 40/1 with the yield of active crystallization centers 1013 1/g, not less, at temperature -10°C and 1012 1/g at temperature -6°C, not less, with low index "ν" 0.5, not above, in the combustion principle at low pressure value (10-20 kgf/cm2). Invention is used in articles for active effect on clouds in control of hails and storms, stimulating and intensifying rainfalls and dispersing clouds and mists.
