Industrial explosive substance for active effect on hail clouds comprises sodium chloride or potassium chloride, dinitrophenoxyethanol or trinitrotoluene, ammonium nitrate, copper iodate and silver iodide. Invention is directed for the development of industrial explosive substance for charge of anti-hail rockets providing rocket liquidation with formation of ice-forming effect.
