FIELD: fuel.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a solid propellant for rocket systems and gas generators intended for civilian applications, containing ammonium nitrate, nitrocellulose, diethylene glycol dinitrate, dinitrotoluene, dibutyl phthalate, centralite No. 2, industrial oil, fluoroplast - 4 to reduce sensitivity to impact, as well as to improve technological, rheological, physical and mechanical characteristics, iron salicylate combustion catalyst, which does not form toxic products during decomposition, carbon nanotubes to increase its efficiency in a wide pressure range (3-16 MPa) and aluminum to neutralize HF in combustion products, with the following content of components, wt%: nitrocellulose (colloxilin H, nitrogen content 12.2%) 10.5; diethylene glycol dinitrate 12.3; dinitrotoluene 4.4; dibutyl phthalate 2.0; centralite No. 2 0.5; industrial oil 0.3; fluoroplast-4 2-2.8; Al2; iron salicylate 2-3; carbon nanotubes 2; ammonium nitrate 60.2-62.
EFFECT: invention enables development of fuel with low sensitivity to mechanical impacts and with environmentally friendly combustion products, with adjustable burning rate and its dependence on pressure, with high physical and mechanical characteristics, charges from which are made by continuous pressing.
