FIELD: sold fuel production.
SUBSTANCE: in a peat briquette manufacture process involving mixing of peat with oil-slime (binder) until homogenous paste is obtained, which is then molded into peat briquettes in piston screw assembly with casing heated to 65-80°C, after which peat briquettes are partially dried utilizing additional sorption of oil slime-from the surface of peat briquettes. Peat product is characterized by moisture content 30-65°C and peat-to-oil-slime ratio (4-10):1.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption in the process.
