FIELD: plunger pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pump has drive mounted in housing which converts rotary motion of shaft into reciprocating motion of pump plunger. Pump drive is made in form of dynamically balanced planetary drive including pinion-shaft provided with end bearing slot and bore receiving the rocker arm with pins pressed in it. Pins carry rollers whose axis is extension of generatrix of cylinder of gear pitch circle. Housing of drive has cover with side lug where support with radial hole is mounted ensuring axial alignment of plunger with direction of pusher motion and vector of force acting on it.
EFFECT: avoidance of lateral forces which cause premature wear of seals and cylinder wall; enhanced reliability and durability at retained service characteristics.
