FIELD: hoisting machines; construction of spring-loaded block brakes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pusher has body with drain hole in its center, electric motor, pump housing, impeller mounted on electric motor shaft, piston rod and cylinder. Pusher has passages connecting cavity under body with above-piston space and reflecting roof above upper end face of cylinder. Working fluid fills body to level above reflecting roof. Air compensating cavity is provided above level of fluid. Body is cylindrical and stepped in construction. Steps of body are coaxial relative to one another and relative to cylinder. Inner diameter of upper step does not exceed diameter of piston and reflecting roof above upper end face of cylinder is provided with circular adapter from upper step to lower step of body and tangent to reflecting roof at point of escape of connecting passages is directed inside cylinder. Area of flow sections of passages under reflecting roof exceeds area of circular clearance between cylinder and side wall of body. Connecting passages are smoothly distributed over perimeter of cylinder.
EFFECT: reduction of time required for raising the pusher rod; increased life of working fluid.
