FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: sampler comprises a tubular body with elements connected at ends and built-in samples taking and receiving facilities, a spring-loaded valve for receipt and drainage of taken sample to a reserve capacity and drive, at that the sampler body is composite - it consists of the upper and lower part connected by flanges; the upper part is equipped with hydraulic cylinder with spring-loaded piston, which rod is connected to spring-loaded drive bushing supported by plunger and its above-piston space is interconnected hydraulically with above-piston space of the drive hydraulic cylinder, which piston rod is pivoted to the rod of electrohydraulic pusher coupled electrically to the controller, which form in aggregate with the drive hydraulic cylinder drive of the sample, lower part of the body with guide tube installed inside is interconnected with cavity of the sampler body, inside the guide tube there is a hollow sample cutter with spring-loaded rolling pin, which is designed to move axially; the above sample cutter by pins is connected by its upper end via connecting link to the lower end of drive bushing and by its lower end it is connected to cavity of the flow stabiliser that concentrates flow through the whole cross-section of the pipeline in the sampling zone by the cutter; a body of sample receiving facility is made as a stepped cylinder with the central channel and mounted axially to a body of sample taking facility, its lesser step is equipped with spring-loaded bushing and sealing ring at outer surface and interconnected with cavity of the flow stabiliser, at that its diameter is made less than inner diameter of the sample cutter in order to interface them upon release of spring-loaded bushing by the cutter.
