SUBSTANCE: device comprises thermoelectric heat and cold generator composed of thermoelectric cell and connected with the DC power source, centrifugal fan, and inner radiators whose fins are located in front of the outlet ports of the centrifugal fans. The bases of the radiators are provided with the thermoelectric cells. The opposite sides of the thermoelectric cells are in contact with the base of the outer radiators blown by means of outer fans.

EFFECT: simplified structure and enhanced convenience of servicing.
