FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: two thermopiles are placed among three heat exchangers. Cold junctions of thermopiles are brought inside facing each other. Heat exchangers have common fluid circuit incorporating cooler and connected to car heating and ventilating system. Device operates in two modes: incoming air cooling and heating modes so that it provides for dispensing with air conditioner. EFFECT: improved efficiency of thermopiles and reduced heat energy loss. 1 dwg
