FIELD: measuring equipment engineering, possible use for controlling unloading of free-flowing material.
SUBSTANCE: device includes electric engine with reducer, drum, bob, containing cable with sensitive element in form of load, drum rotation angle sensor, electromagnetic latch, electric engine load elements in form of serially connected resistor and diode, electric engine current indicator and controller, containing comparator, indication block, control block, counter, and connected by first input to electric engine current indicator, by second input to rotation angle indicator, by first output to electric engine winding, by second output to electromagnetic latch. Bob is provided with additional sensitive element having at least two symmetric peripheral contact portions and positioned on the cable coaxially with first sensitive element, controller being provided with two additional comparators, additional counter and electronic-computing device, while load elements of electric engine are connected in parallel to electric engine-current indicator circuit.
EFFECT: device makes it possible to control process of unloading of free-flowing material prone to forming a crater in remaining material after each dispensing, with high precision and low material costs.
