FIELD: electro-optical devices.
SUBSTANCE: device can be used for providing information secure of offices, companies and banks. Device has irradiating channel, which has lens and visible light source, observing unit made in form spyglass or in form of video camera either digital photo camera, unit for putting optical axes of irradiating unit into coincidence and viewing unit made in form of reflecting prism with reflecting face, mounted onto optical axes of lens and a objective of viewing unit at angles to them. It also has non-transparent shutter mounted on optical axis of objective of viewing unit close to reflecting face.
EFFECT: elimination of flare light; improved comfort of viewing.
