FIELD: information safety of offices, banks, etc.
SUBSTANCE: device has irradiating channel which has lens and visible radiation source; observation device which has objective, unit for bringing optical axes of radiating channel and objective of observation unit into coincidence. The latter has mirror reflecting part disposed at angle of 45° to optical axes of objective and irradiating channel, and power unit provided with switch. Prism BkP-45° is introduced into observation unit as eyepiece made for axial movement. Unit for bringing optical axes into coincidence is mounted either in front of objective or behind it. The unit is made of transparent flat-parallel plate glued of two parts. Glued faces of plate are made at angle of 45°. Mirror-reflecting part is made onto one face. Edge of flat-parallel plate, being opposite to mirror-reflecting part, is made polished. Portable device is capable of detecting miniature electro-optical objects, for example, hidden video observation system (video record) disguised in particularities of interiors, premises, clothes, personal things, etc.
EFFECT: improved reliability of operation.
