SUBSTANCE: claimed supplement is based on bioactive substance and is obtained from fungus Fusarium sambucinum strain MKF 2001-3. Food supplement contains phospholipids, ubiquinon Q10; polyphenols, enzymes with protease and phospholipase activity, beta-glucan, zinc, magnesium, ethanol, and water in aqueous solution and in specific ratio. In one embodiment supplement based on the substance from the same fungus contains phospholipids, ubiquinon Q10, polyphenols, taurine, zinc lactate, enzymes with protease and phospholipase activity, and lactose in single capsule. In another embodiment supplement based on the substance from the same fungus contains phospholipids, ubiquinon Q10, polyphenols and vegetable oil in specific ratio. As variant supplement contains phospholipids, ubiquinon Q10, polyphenols, taurine, zinc lactate and lactose in specific ratio. As variant supplement contains phospholipids, ubiquinon Q10, polyphenols, taurine, zinc lactate, manganese, and lactose.

EFFECT: food supplements enriched with antioxidants and microelements, with increased content of biologically active components and value biological action.
