FIELD: production of corset articles.
SUBSTANCE: method involves plotting developed figure and applying constructive lines, with conical surface composed of segments oriented with their base in upward direction being used as developed figure, and height of segment being equal to distance between chest circumference line (C4) and waist line (W); determining width of segment along chest line from formula Sc=1/8 of chest circumference, along waist line Sc=1/8 of waist circumference; elongating vertical lines of segments to determine upper and lower level of article in accordance with model. Resultant reticule is conventional image of body surface without projecting parts. Further modeling is performed by joining to resultant surface of protruding parts in the region of chest and thighs.
EFFECT: simplified method of constructing corset, high quality and required convenience and comfort of ready article.
