SUBSTANCE: one should register electrocardiogram and measure the time for conducting atrial stimulation. Moreover, an electrode for registering electrocardiogram should be localized esophageally. Then one should measure the time for conducting stimulation in right-hand atrium and that of inter-atrial stimulation technique. In case of a single registration of electrocardiogram, if the time for conducting the stimulation of right-hand atrium corresponds to 25 msec and more and/or the time of inter-atrial stimulation corresponds to 12 msec and more, one should diagnose high risk for the onset of atrial fibrillations. In case of multiple registration of electrocardiogram in a patient, if the time of conducting the stimulation of right-hand atrium is 10% higher and more and/or the time of inter-atrial stimulation is 25% higher and more against initial data, even if it doesn't achieve the boundary values of 25 msec and 12 msec, one should, also, diagnose high risk for the onset of atrial fibrillations.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
