The method involves radio-frequency exposure from right atrium along posterior interatrial septum from precava orifice to upper edge of saphenous opening and from postcava orifice to coronary sinus orifice, and also around coronary sinus orifice.

EFFECT: method allows for higher safety of interventional treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation ensured by manipulations of right atrium only.
