SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology. Modulated kinesitherapy (MK) is carried out at least 2 times a day for at least 30 minutes for 7–10 days. Before and after the MK, the risk index of atrial fibrillation (IRRPP) is determined according to the claimed formula. With an increase in IRRPP in comparison with baseline values, it is predicted to perform MC as a primary prevention of atrial fibrillation in patients with atrial eccerrosis as effective.

EFFECT: method provides the ability to predict the efficacy of MK as a primary prevention of atrial fibrillation in patients with atrial eccerrosis by evaluating the complex of the most significant ECG indices.
