SUBSTANCE: the suggested device is designed out of an oval pressed in the middle in one plane and peripheral ends of which are bent in another perpendicular plane by developing an open foramen for receiving a penis in its relaxed state. The device is designed out of form-keeping flexible material. It is necessary to locate the device at penis at its relaxed state, apply preputial skin through fissure between device's sides along its total length up to complete opening of penile caput. Then it is necessary to spread preputial skin to cover the device with it. The innovation enables to create effects occurred in case of preputial circumcision without any surgical interference.
