LAMINATE PANEL PRODUCING METHOD Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B21D47/04 

FIELD: manufacture of laminate panels, possibly used for aircraft manufacture, building and other branches of machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming laminate panel including facings one of which is perforated and honeycomb filler having cells in the form of truncated polyhedral pyramid. Filler is formed of perforated sheet blanks. Then perforated sheet blanks are mutually joined by means of adhesive stripes and vertical adhesive stripes. Adhesive stripes are applied onto opposite sides of sheet blanks after perforating them and they are mutually spaced by distance equal to half of faces of truncated pyramid. Then vertical adhesive stripes are applied between said adhesive stripes along width equal to width of face of truncated polyhedral pyramid. All adhesive stripes are applied at providing alternating arrangement of apexes and bases of truncated polyhedral pyramids in upper part of filler.

EFFECT: lowered labor consumption for making panel, reduced density of filler.
