FIELD: construction materials industry; methods and devices for manufacture of the film laminates.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction materials industry, in particular, to the methods and devices for the film laminate production. The flexible laminate made out of the films of the thermoplastic polymeric material includes the corrugated layer and the second planar layer, connected with each other in the vertexes, which are being in contact. The pitch of the corrugation makes preferentially of no more than 3 mm. The thickness inside the non-coupled areas is mainly similar, as well as inside the coupled areas. The corrugated layer has the slackened areas passing in parallel to the direction of corrugations. At that each area of coupling is arranged essentially inside the first slackened area. The invention represents the method of manufacture of the laminate with usage of the corrugated roller. The device for forming the laminate includes the joint corrugated grooved rollers and the corrugated laminating roll. The corrugations may be can be filled by the material of the filler. Perforations in one or both layers may be made after lamination. The technical result of the invention consists in the increased strength of the products made out of such material and in the convenience at their usage.
