FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flexible laminates made from films bases on thermoplastic polymer materials, and to method and device for their production. Laminate comprises corrugated layer A and, in fact, flat layer B with their apices jointed together on first side of layer A by heat sealing through lamination layer. Note here that layer A has zones loose in solid state that run parallel with direction of corrugation and accommodate binding zones. Corrugation pitch preferably does not exceed 3 mm. Note here that corrugation should be filled with filler material and/or may be produced by perforation in one or both layers after lamination. Device for laminate forming comprises aligned crimping rolls and fluted laminating roll.
EFFECT: high yield point and ultimate tension.
