FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cross laminar plastics, that is, laminar plates from films. Cross laminar plastic comprises, at least, two oriented layers A and B, each being composed of thermoplastic polymer and two-axis-oriented with one prevailing direction, wherein layer A is bonded with layer B by heat sealing via one or several lamination layers. Layers A and B comprise matrix of bulges distributed over film surface with spacing not exceeding 2 mm connected by means of thin linear grids. At uniform distribution over laminar plastic area, at least, 50% of areas of thin linear skins in layers A and B are connected and weakly connected so that connection can be eliminated by repeated bending and friction by hand. Note here that most connection between bulges is the strongest as that between thin grid with thin grid defined by lamination at room temperature.
EFFECT: proposed cross laminar plastic has improved aesthetic and strength properties.
