FIELD: inorganic material coatings.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective coatings, which can be used to protect structural- and technological-destination inorganic fibrous composite materials employed in parts of aviation-spatial industry and mechanical engineering. Protective coating according to invention is composed of, wt %: SiO2 12-15, SiB4 1-5, MoSi2 20-30, SiC 0.5-3, Si3N4 0.5-3, BaO 1-5, TiC 0.5-4, Si3C5H15O0.25 - the balance. These coatings are suitable to protect new-generation articles.
EFFECT: increased heat resistance and adhesion to composite materials at working temperatures up to 1600°C.
