FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building field, particularly to methods of receiving of abrasion materials from metallic fibers, and can be used at manufacturing of compressions of air-gas channel of compressor and turbine of gas turbine engine, in gas-oil pumping installations for manufacturing of filters. Method includes filling of fibers into mould, compressing of fibers with simultaneous vibration application, sintering and additional compression of material. After additional sealing on material it is formed protective coating of system Si3C5H15O0.25-SiC-MoSi2-CoSO4. Additionally formation of protective coating is implemented in vacuum 10-3-10-7 mercury column mm at temperature 300-1100°C during 1-10 h.
EFFECT: reliability growth and operation life time of products.
