FIELD: textile industry; production of devices for twisting filaments.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the
textile industry, in particular, to the device for twisting filaments. The device for twisting filaments may be used in textile industry for the real twisting filaments, cable ropes and other twisted products both using the method of the twisting the two-component filament and double twisting the filaments and allows to gain the technical result consisting in: the decrease of the overall dimensions and mass of the rotating tool; reduction of the consumed power and noise; exclusion from the process of the twisting of the operations of mounting and removal of the packages, spools, cartridges; reduction of the number of the gears of the coiling at the transitional operations and the increase due to it of productivity. The device contains: the rotating cylinder with the semi-spiral groove, the stoppage arm rigidly fixed on the motionless filament-carrying roller; the body mounted with the capability of rotation together with the having the butt disks cylinder around the horizontal axis; the filament-carrying roller with the spherical pits engaging with the spherical gears of the motionless filament-carrying roller at an angle one to other and having the capability of rotation in the body around of own vertical axis and together with the cylinder - around the horizontal axis with the similar angular velocity in one and the same direction; the equalizer of the pulsing loop with the filament-carrier and the spring. At charging of two filaments in the motionless and rotating filament-carrying rollers one of the filaments at coming out aside of the rotating filament-carrying roller transits through the stoppage arm, the pulse equalizer and the semi-spiral groove, joins to the second filament, and then at their coming outside in the center of rotation of the disk of the cylinder these filaments form the complex filament gained by the method of twisting. The motionless filament-carrying roller has two holes, one of which is charged with one filament or one bundle of the folded filaments capable to pass through the rotating filament-carrying roller with coming out of it aside through the stoppage arm, the pulse equalizer, the semi-spiral groove of the cylinder and through the holes made in the cylinder with the reentry in the rotating filament-carrying roller from its butt side and into the motionless filament-carrying roller and coming out of it through its second hole having gained the real double twisting per one revolution the cylinder.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the decrease of the overall dimensions and mass of the rotating tool; reduction of the consumed power and noise; exclusion from the process of the twisting of the operations of mounting and removal of the packages, spools, cartridges; reduction of the number of the gears of the coiling at the transitional operations and the increased productivity.
