FIELD: oil extractive industry, namely, engineering of well devices for repeated interval-wise pressure testing of pipes column in a well.
SUBSTANCE: packer consists of a shaft with profiled groove on external surface with alternating axial short and long sections. Load is connected to the shaft from above, and from below shaft is equipped with a stopper. Shaft is provided with radial apertures, above which localizers are positioned. In upper section of shaft 1 on its external surface circular recesses are made - upper one with length L1 and lower one with length L2, which are positioned respectively below the upper edge of radial apertures and below radial apertures of the shaft, while L1<L2. On external surface of shaft positioned downwardly are: support, packing element, tip and cone. Tip and cone are rigidly interconnected. Packing element is fastened by the tip from below and by support from above, which support is made with possible axial movement relatively to the shaft within limits of its upper circular recess. Localizers have diameter D1 of circle circumscribed around them, which is greater than diameter D2 of packing element in transport position. Cone with tip is made with possible axial movement relatively to the shaft within limits of its lower circular recess. Below lower circular recess on external surface of the shaft with possible axial movement a casing is positioned, equipped with spring localizers and guiding pin, which is positioned in profiled groove. Oval sockets are connected to the casing along its contour circle, spring-loaded towards the inside in radial direction by means of spring plates. Axial short and long sections of profiled groove are interconnected by closed profiled section.
EFFECT: device provides pressure testing for small diameter pipes, accelerates maintenance in wells, has low cost, small dimensions and weight.
