SUBSTANCE: packer includes a bore, the self-sealing collar and the cone, mounted on the bore from top to down, and also the cage, located on the bore lower to the cone with the possibility of axial movement, in the cage around its circumference there are spring centralizers and slips, spring-loaded respectively outward and inward in the radial direction by split spring ring, the tip. On the top the bore is equipped with the inner cylindrical duct, where the tip is installed, equipped with radial channels. In the transport position the tip is fixed relatively to the bore with shear element. The radial tip channels are tightly blocked by the bore. In the operating position the tip has the possibility of limited axial movement relatively to the bore and packer releasing of the tip radial channels. The bore is equipped with exterior upper, middle and lower ring protruberances, forming the outer upper and lower grooves at the bore. The cone with the self-sealing collar is installed in the outer upper groove with the possibility of limited axial displacement. The cage is installed in the outer lower groove with the possibility of limited axial displacement. The bore over the self-sealing collar is equipped with a rigid centralizer. From below the bore is equipped with a pattern, formed in the form of two rings with radial cuts at the outer surface. The rings copies the overall diameters of the centralizer cage and the bore centralizer, and the distance between them as well, while the rings are fixed at the bore by shear pins.
