FIELD: oil extractive industry, namely, engineering of well devices for multiple interval-wise pressure testing of a column of pipes in well.
SUBSTANCE: packer consists of shaft with profiled groove on external surface with alternating axial short and long sections. From above load is connected to the shaft, and from below shaft is equipped with stopper. From above shaft is equipped with barrel with localizers rigidly mounted on it. Below the barrel on external surface of shaft cylindrical recess is made, within limits of which with possible axial movement cone with head are positioned, rigidly interconnected. Head and barrel are rigidly interconnected by means of shell longitudinally cut across whole diameter, on which packing element is positioned. Packing element is rigidly connected to head from below. Length - b of packing element exceeds half of length - a of cut section of shell (b>a), and all cut part of shell has length 2×a. Localizers have diameter - D1 of circumscribed circle, greater than diameter - D2 of packing element in transporting position. Below cylindrical recess on external surface of shaft with possible axial movement a casing is positioned, provided with spring localizers and guiding pin, which is positioned in profiled groove. Oval sockets are connected to casing around its circle, spring-loaded inwardly in radial direction by means of spring plates. Axial short and long portions of profiled groove are interconnected by closed profiled portions.
EFFECT: possible pressure testing of pipes in columns of small diameter during operation of well, lower cost of well.
