SUBSTANCE: proposed vibrating drier is designed for drying mountain ash, currant and other berries. Proposed vibrating drier has vertical heat-insulated casing, vertical tube with holes, charging device, discharge device, vibrating drive, platform to which working chamber is attached consisting of plates fitted on tube by means of studs, branch pipe to deliver heat carrier by fan and branch pipe to let out waste heat carrier, and heaters. To control drying process control device and pickups are provided. Plate of drying plant consists of perforated disk, rim with holes, heaters, bead and hole to pass berries. Holes and bead for each following disk are displaced relative to upper disk.

EFFECT: reduced energy consumption in process of drying, improved quality of dried product.
