FIELD: rocketry.

SUBSTANCE: the device has a launching tube linked with the carrier. The rear section of the launching tube is made in the form of an oblique-cut probe installed telescopic-like to the launching tube on its outer side for rotary motion relative to the tube. Dynamic disturbances of the launching tube and rocket at its take-off are reduced due to production of compensating gas-dynamic action on the oblique-cut probe. The direction of force action is adjusted by turning of the oblique-cut probe about the axis.

EFFECT: reduced dynamic disturbances.
