FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: system has devices for fixing for disconnection at individual's finger, autonomous power supply which caries device in, first and second electrodes; the second electrode is disposed in device for making electrical contact with part of individual's body. First and second electrodes are in electrical contact with power supply. According to first version of system, device has shape partially coincident with at least a part of finger of individual. Locker is disposed in device close to its remote end part and close to tip of finger of individual when device is fixed onto individual's finger. Farer and nearer end parts of device are mechanically connected for disconnection. According to second version of the system, device has case made in form of ring and through opening for reception and retain for disconnection of device at individual's finger. When first electrode is applied onto area of treatment where medicinal preparation is applied as well between first electrode and area of treatment and when electric circuit is closed through first electrode, medicinal preparation or conducting carrier for it, area of treatment, individual's body, second electrode and power supply, device causes flow of electric current for electro-kinetic delivery of medicinal preparation.

EFFECT: higher speed and easiness of manipulations at delivery of medicinal preparations.
