FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods and devices for treatment of skin lesions caused by bacterial, fungal or viral infections or contact with irritating agents. Electric device for treatment of skin lesions caused by irritating agent, includes socket heating element containing applicator for contact with patient's skin and able to support temperature range during preliminarily determined period, as well as device of heating element control able to prevent transmission of heat energy from heating element beyond limits of preliminarily determined safe range and power source able to provide heating element with electric energy. In the second version of realisation, device of heating element control responds to at least two set values. The third version of device additionally contains device of input/output, allowing user to select programmed setting from a number of programmed settings within the limits of preliminarily determined safe range, where each of selected programmed settings ensures treatment optimised for particular type of skin lesion. Method of treating skin lesions caused by irritating agent, includes selection of preliminarily programmed setting in electric device, which is optimised for release of heat energy in preliminarily determined safe range according to preferences of individual. Supporting heat energy which is sufficient for irritant destruction is ensured by supply of controlled amount of heat from electric device.

EFFECT: application of invention allows to deliver regulated dose of thermal energy to infected or irritated tissue and in such way to accelerate process of recovering.
