SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building composition materials. Invention proposes a cement-sandy composition involving cement, sand, water and complex additive comprising calcium hydroxide and sodium carbonate wherein the additive comprises additionally calcium sulfate and sodium and/or potassium methyl/or ethyl siliconate in the following ratio of components in the composition, wt.-%: calcium hydroxide, 0.6-0.9; sodium carbonate, 1.3-1.4; calcium sulfate, 2.5-3.0; sodium and/or potassium methyl and/or ethyl siliconate (for dry matter), 0.001-0.1; cement, 36.0-40.0; sand, 39.0-49.0, and water, the balance. The complex additive can comprise 0.9-1.8 wt.-% of sodium nitrate additionally. Sodium and/or potassium methyl and/or siliconate are used in solid form ("SIAKOR" powder) or as a liquid (organosilicon liquids "GKZH-10" a/or "GKZH-11"). Invention provides decreasing water absorption and enhancing longevity of walls and other building constructions, in particular, architecture monuments. Proposed composition can be used for protection of concrete, brick and stone surfaces of repairing, renovating and building structures and constructions.
