FIELD: building industry, more particularly protection of concrete surfaces. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises cement, sand, inorganic ionic complex additive and water. Additive includes alkali and alkali-earth metal nitrates selected from group consisting of LiNO3,NaNO3,KNO3,Ca(NO3)2, sodium sulfate, alkali carbonates and hydrocarbonates selected from group consisting of NaHCO3,Na2CO3,KHCO3,K2CO3, calcium hydroxide, ratios of composing being as follows, wt.%: alkali and alkali-earth metal nitrates selected from group consisting of LiNO3,NaNO3,KNO3,Ca(NO3)2, 1.1-2.2; sodium sulfate, 0.25-0.60; alkali and alkali-earth metal carbonates and hydrocarbonates selected from group consisting of NaHCO3,Na2CO3,KHCO3,K2CO3, 0.55-1.2; calcium hydroxide 0.04-0.1; cement, 25.0-37.5; sand, 37.5-50.0; and water the balance. Composition is prepared by stirring all constituent components in mixer. Homogeneous solution of inorganic ionic composition is preliminarily prepared by stirring it with water in mixer at notation speed of working member at 450-1500 rpm for 1-5 minutes.
