FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: in the production process of products made of aerated concrete of autoclave hardening by preparing the raw mixture, comprising mineral binder of cement with lime, silica component in the form of slurry of silica sand, gypsum dihydrate, blowing agent - aluminium powder, and mixing water, silica sand is ground up to the specific surface of 3500- 4100 cm2 / g, blowing agent is used with grain fraction of aluminium with size of particles of 22-45 mcm in the amount of not less than 70-75%, in this case colouring agent from row of iron oxide pigments is introduced additionally into the slurry of quartz sand, and surface of the finished product is treated with hydrophobisator - aqueous solution of sodium methylsiliconate at the following ratio of components, pts. wt.: portland cement of brand M500 to 31.975-35, lime 6.3-8.2, silica sand 53.13-54, dihydrate gypsum 4.86-5.0, aluminium powder 0.12-0.123, colouring agent 0.59-0.701, gauged water at temperature of 42-45°C in the amount corresponding to the ratio B / T, equal to 0.58-0.63.
