FIELD: building industry and materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing heat-insulating refractory materials. Charge for producing light heat-resistant concrete comprising alumosilicate light filler and cement involves expanded clay aggregate of fraction 1-6 mm and fraction 0-1 mm as alumosilicate light filler and Portland cement as cement in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: expanded clay aggregate of fraction 1-6 mm, 30-35; expanded clay aggregate of fraction 0-1 mm, 5-25, and Portland cement, 35-45. Invention provides producing heat-resistant light concrete with density 700-1100 kg/m3 and with high mechanical strength and maximal working temperature up to 1100°C. Invention can be used in manufacturing tamping masses, refractory-free monolith fettlings and articles.
EFFECT: improved producing method, valuable properties of product.
