FIELD: concrete industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles, monolithic structures and popcorn concrete structures. In the method for continuous production of popcorn concrete articles, monolithic structures and structures by preliminary preparation of cement mortar and subsequent mixing with coarse aggregate, laying of prepared concrete mixture into molds or formwork and hardening thereof, supply, mixing and encapsulation of coarse aggregate with cement solution is carried out in vertical flow with simultaneous action on components of gravity and centrifugal force, forming for 10 to 20 s continuous shell-capsule from cement solution on grain of coarse aggregate, with components ratio by volume from 11.5:1 to 49:1 (by weight from 92:8 to 98:2), wherein the water-cement ratio of the cement solution is suitably in range of 0.25 to 0.50.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of process, lower consumption of binder, reduced material costs, improved heat insulation capacity and sufficient strength.
