FIELD: metallurgy; methods of hot repair of refractory masonry of furnaces.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of oxygen and mixture of refractory filler and combustible component to surface of masonry heated to temperature not below 600°C, aligned control of delivery of pure oxygen and mixture, melting of refractory components by flame at temperature of 2000-3000°C, softening of masonry surface to plastic state and fusion of them for forming monolithic structure at hardening. Device proposed for realization of this method has two technological pipe lines for delivery of oxygen in two flows: one flow is directed to feeder for fluidization and enrichment of mixture of refractory filler and combustible component and other flow is directed to injector; then fluidized and enriched mixture is fed to surface of masonry via technological pipe line through injector and surfacing lance.
EFFECT: improved quality of surfacing.
