FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: installation contains connected by means of switcher to source of compressed air chamber pump with filter of air discharge into atmosphere from chamber, aerator, outfitted by pressure stabiliser of aerating air and injector allowing air pressure stabiliser and movement drive with block of pneumatic distribution, gunned material-tuyere, connected to outlet of pump and to the source of compressed air, pipelines of air transportation, gunned material-mixtures and oxygen and control equipment, herewith switcher of compressed air is pneumatically connected to air discharge filter of compressed from chamber into atmosphere. Selected connection of inlets and outlets of pneumatic distributor automatically provides at its switching over preliminary pressure release from chamber pump into the atmosphere that excludes loading of opening owing to movement of gunned material-mixture from chamber pump through aerator and pressure stabiliser of aerating air.
EFFECT: reliability and stability of continuous duty of installation at multiple switching on and shutdown by switcher of feeding of compressed air for transportation of powdered gunned material-mixture.
