FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry, in particular, gas generator for increasing debit of oil and gas wells and method for using the generator.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a charge of solid fuel, igniting device in cylindrical body with lower part, plugged with a cork of solid fuel and upper part, in which piston is held, in upper part of which sealing unit is positioned which can be cut off under external pressure. In accordance to invention in igniting device a cylinder inputs positioned inside cylindrical body, connected to the body in upper and lower section by circular skirting. As sealing unit, tearing membrane is used, thickness of which is determined by calculated limit pressure in tubing strings, determining beginning of well processing, and connected to the body. In upper part of internal cylinder a bushing with transverse wall is positioned, in the center of which a center-holding pin is located. In lower part of igniting device in the solid fuel cork a round plate is positioned with diameter less than diameter of external body, and held from below by stopping washer. Between the piston and circular plate gas is present, making it possible to launch igniting device when compressed, and substance, during its decomposition providing increase of temperature of compressed gas up to values of solid fuel combustion, while main charge of solid fuel is located in cylindrical body with perforated walls. In accordance to method, gas generator is lowered into well for given depth with a charge of solid fuel and igniting device. The latter is plugged by solid fuel cork with round plate and cylinder with piston is placed inside it, between which cylinder and the round plate gas and substance are positioned, which substance provides increase of temperature of compressed gas during its decomposition up to solid fuel burning values. Igniting device is launched by forming a pressure fall in tubing strings and compressing the gas. Solid fuel charge is burned with sharp increase of temperature and pressure in processing zone.
EFFECT: provides thermo-gas-chemical processing for low debit wells and shutdown oil wells.
