FIELD: mining, particularly thermal-and-gas oil and other wells having different depths and hydrocarbon rate treatment to create fissured zones in well bottom zone.

SUBSTANCE: gas generator comprises container with saddle located in lower part thereof, means for container connection with pipe string for container delivery within predetermined well interval and solid fuel charge, which generates gas during combustion. Solid fuel charge is made as cylinder with axial through channel and is located in the container. Container also receives at least two rupturable vessels, filled with solid fuel combustion initiators. The vessels are installed under solid fuel charge. Upper piston is secured in container over the vessels to provide vessel rupture in working device position. Lower piston with axial channel closed with check valve is also provided. The lower piston is freely arrange in container and is supported by saddle, wherein container space defined by upper and lower pistons is filled with liquid medium inert to combustion initiator components.

EFFECT: extended range of gas generator usage, increased operational reliability regardless of well depth and temperature.
