SUBSTANCE: according to invention, proposed two-stroke internal combustion engine is made without crankcase displacement scavenging. In additional to working piston connected with crankshaft by connecting rod, use is made of additional ring-shaped scavenging piston isolating fuel mixture from crank chamber. Scavenging piston is installed by means of two connecting rods on eccentrics of crankshaft in ring space of cylinder of internal combustion engine. Position of center of eccentrics is within angle "a" displaced opposite to direction of rotation of engine crankshaft and formed by straight line passing through centers of circumferences of crankshaft and piston pin and straight line passing through center of circumference of crankshaft when working piston is TDC or BDC. Range of values of angle "a" is defined by inequality 0<a<b where b is maximum value of angle "a" determined by crankshaft turning angle at which piston closes main and additional scavenging ports and Vrcv>Ven where Vrcv is ring cylindrical volume and Ven is engine displacement. Proposed engine improves organization of gas-exchange processes and forces harmful action on environment owing to exclusion of oil from fuel-air mixture and improved reliability of engine owing to better lubrication of friction surfaces.
EFFECT: increased power of internal combustion engine.
