SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in two-stroke internal combustion engines with direct-flow slit purge. A piston two-shaft two-stroke internal combustion engine with direct-flow slit purge has a cylinder block with purge and outlet windows, crankshafts (3), a mechanism for synchronizing the rotation of crankshafts, pistons (2) and (8), and systems for starting and operating the engine. The engine has a mechanism changing a compression ratio, consisting of control plugs (9), movable gears (6) with external straight-cog and internal oblique-cog crowns, mounted on oblique-cog gears (5) of crankshafts (3). Embodiment option of a piston two-shaft two-stroke engine is disclosed.
EFFECT: increase in fuel efficiency.
