FIELD: heating of gas or liquid agents with flue gases; heat-power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed heat exchanger has housing with passage for medium to be heated where banks of heating tubes are arranged, exhaust tube, straightway passage connected with housing, fan or pump and pipe line. Arranged in straightway passage is battery of flat box-shaped heaters; heating tubes together with exhaust tubes and ash receivers form battery-type cleaning cyclone (which is heater simultaneously). Exhaust tubes are connected via pressure chamber with battery of flat box-shaped heaters which is connected in its turn with adjusting unit with dampers through takeoff chamber, smoke exhauster and gas duct. Adjusting unit is provided with inlet opening for flue gas and is connected with exhaust tube and with heating tubes of battery-type cleaning cyclone through mixing chamber and receiving chamber.
EFFECT: increased utilization of heat; avoidance of sparking and contamination of surrounding medium; increased service life.
