SUBSTANCE: proposed system is provided with fan, heat exchanger for first and second preheating and apparatus where adiabatic cooling and humidification of supply air are performed with water; water is recirculated with the aid of pump; apparatus are just fluidized-bed mass- and heat-exchange apparatus with vibrators located in tray of packing.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability of air-conditioning.
