FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air conditioning and ventilation technology and can be used to create comfortable microclimate conditions in domestic, administrative and industrial premises. In a ventilation system with a heat recovery unit comprising a fan, a first and a second heat exchangers and units, where adiabatic cooling and moistening of the supply air with water are performed, the water is recirculated by a pump, and the units are made as heat-mass exchange devices with a vibrating fluid bed, in the tray with the nozzle of which there are vibrators, the nozzle of the irrigation system of the heat exchanger contains a body, a fitting and a coaxially arranged swirling insert with an external screw-like thread and an expanding conical hole inside, and the inlet has a cylindrical inlet connected to the diffuser, which is axially symmetric in the housing, and in the lower part of the housing an axially symmetrical nozzle is located, which is made with a two-stage and coaxial to the swirling insert diffuser, the first stage of the diffuser is a continuation of the expanding conical hole made inside the swirling insert, which is made from wear-resistant material, and the second stage of the diffuser is an extension of its first stage, while on its inner conical surface there is a screw-like thread, herewith the conical surface with the screw-like thread of the second stage of the diffuser is made perforated, and in the lower part of the body, coaxially to it, a cylindrical shell is fixed, on which a flow divider is installed in the form of at least two rods located obliquely to the axis of the nozzle and connected to each other in the lower part, to which a vertically disposed rod is attached, onto which there is a vortex made in the form of a cone with helical blades enclosing the rod with a clearance and resting in the lower part on a thrust located horizontally and perpendicular to the rod.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of heat and moisture treatment of the air.
