FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the air conditioning and ventilation equipment, and can be used to create comfortable microclimate conditions in rooms. Ventilation system with a heat recovery unit contains a fan, the first and second heating heat exchanger and devices, where the supply air adiabatic cooling and humidification with water takes place, water recirculation is performed by a pump through a spray irrigation system, and the devices are made with a vibrated fluidized bed, the heat exchanger irrigation system nozzle contains a hollow cylindrical body connected to a nozzle, in which in mutually perpendicular planes the jets are made, body consists of the cylindrical part with external thread for connection to the liquid supplying fitting, a conical transitional part and a cylindrical part with an internal threaded surface, and coaxially to the body, in its lower part the nozzle is fixed, formed by a cylindrical surface with interacting with the body external thread, at that, the nozzle cylindrical surface transits to the conical and is closed by the hollow partition with a jet in its center, made axisymmetric to the nozzle and consisting of cylindrical and conical throttle openings, wherein the conical opening larger diameter is located on the nozzle blind partition, at that, the body and the nozzle form three coaxial inner cylindrical chambers, and on the nozzle, on the opposite to the liquid supply side, an additional row of nozzles is made, which are formed by three pairs of channels for the passage of fluid, which intersect on the nozzle conical side surface and form outlet openings, and made in the partition jet has helical surfaces on the cylindrical and conical throttle openings inner surfaces, at that, on the nozzle channels inner surfaces the helical surfaces are made, at that, in these channels the helical surfaces direction is made oppositely directed, wherein the formed by the body and the nozzle three coaxially interconnected with each other inner cylindrical chambers are filled with an elastic mesh element or chips, and to the body cylindrical part end surface a diffuser is attached, enclosing the nozzle with a blind partition and a jet conical surface, at that, in the nozzle diffuser outlet section a perforated partition is installed, to which two spokes are fixed by one end, which other end is fixed on the diffuser inner surface so, that the spokes are perpendicular to the diffuser inner surface, and on the spokes, in their central part, made in the form of helical drums, additional sprayers are freely installed, wherein in the nozzle diffuser outlet section a perforated conical shell is installed by means of the spokes, which conical surface top is fixed on the perforated partition, the nozzle cavity between the perforated conical shell and the perforated partition surface is filled with an elastic mesh element or chips.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of heat and moisture treatment of the air.
