FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for measurement of amount of liquid and gaseous media passed through some volume has sensitive element in form of impeller which has magnets installed on the impeller. Sensitive element is disposed in case provided with inlet and outlet branch pipes, and counting mechanism which has magnetic clutch. Surface flown about by working medium is covered with relief of recesses with double curvature. Peripheral part of the recesses, which surfaces conjugates initially smooth surface with central part of recesses, has convex shape with radius of curvature R(+), and central part of recesses has concave spherical shape with radius of curvature R(-). Radius R(+) relates to R(-) as 10-3≤R(+)/R(-)≤1, relative depth of recesses belong to range of 0,1≤hc/dc≤0,5, where hc is depth of recess and dc is diameter of recess.

EFFECT: improved reliability; stabilized metrological parameters of device.
