SUBSTANCE: streamlined surface is made with elements of relief, i. e. with concavity (convexity); section of any concavity (convexity) has form of smooth closed line described by definite relationship; height of concavities (convexities) h = 0.005 - 0.3 of thickness of boundary layer; rounding-off sections of concavities or convexities have common tangent line in any section which is transverse relative to initial surface with transition section in form of surface of double curvature with radii equal to R1≥ 3h and R2≥ 3h, sizes of concavities (convexities) along streamlined surface, size of rounding-off section along streamlined surface, size of transition section along line connecting the centers of concavities or convexities, centers of concavities or convexities are indicated in Description.
